The Community Baby Shower, hosted twice a year by GALS and PIP is back for our 5th year! Please join us by signing up for a time slot to enter and "shop" the event.
This is a special time to celebrate with support from community, take home used and new baby items like diapers, wipes, clothing, shoes, gear, toys, and so much more. It is also a great time to learn more information about pregnancy, postpartum, and local resources. Shopping times are limited to a half hour to ensure that there are enough items for every family to shop for what they need.
¡El Baby Shower de la Comunidad, organizado dos veces al año por GALS y PIP está de vuelta para nuestro 5 º año! Por favor, únase a nosotros mediante la firma de un espacio de tiempo para entrar y "comprar" el evento.
Este es un momento especial para celebrar con el apoyo de la comunidad, llevar a casa artículos usados y nuevos para bebés como pañales, toallitas, ropa, zapatos, equipo, juguetes, y mucho más. También es un buen momento para obtener más información sobre el embarazo, el posparto y los recursos locales. Los tiempos de compra se limitan a media hora para garantizar que haya suficientes artículos para que cada familia pueda comprar lo que necesita.
Donations
We are collecting new and gently used donations until 5/16/25 for families with infants and young children who need essentials such as clothing, shoes, feeding tools, maternity and postpartum supplies, toys, strollers, cribs, bouncers, carriers, diapers, formula, toiletries, household items, and much more!
Two ways to donate items:
1. Contact GALS donation team to set up an appointment and drop items off at our storage unit! donations@givingaustinlaborsupport.org
2. Drop items at PIP’s office at Vuka North Loop (5540 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78751) Wednesdays between 9:00-4:00 pm.nd out
