Description

This event is part celebration, part free garage sale. We hope everyone is able to get some baby items they need. Families will be able to RSVP to time slots where they can come and find items from baby clothes to car seats. All central Texas families pregnant or postpartum are welcome. 

Duties

Volunteer duties vary depending on shift chosen. Confirmation will be given a week prior to event.

Shifts

Early Morning/Set up 18 applicants needed

Sun, April 26, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Volunteers will be at the venue to assist after yesterdays shift to continue setting up prior to event start.

Event Shift 48 applicants needed

Sun, April 26, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This shift will consist of 4 possible roles -Registration table (bilingual preferred) -Taking families through the venue and assisting with car loading -Staying in venue to help families look for items -Big ticket items section (car seat, diapers, etc)

Take Down/Closing 20 applicants needed

Sun, April 26, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

This shift will be in charge of breaking down tables and loading the U-Haul. Items left over will either be taken back to the storage unit or the rental location.
