Become a Business Partner of GALS
While there are many ways to leverage your business to support GALS work, we encourage you to be a GIVER or a CONNECTOR.
GIVE:
donate a percentage of every sale/service fee back to GALS every month
Being a Giver takes less time. GALS donation platform allows for automation of a monthly set gift which you can calculate based on how many clients you plan on taking this year. Slightly more work would be to donate varied amounts based on sales or services provided, however with our donation platform, you will have a log in and portal to easily track what payments you have made and gather all tax forms needed at the end of the year.
If this feels like the best fit for you and your business, download our partner badge and language kit to add to your website and social media.
CONNECT:
send clients or customers to GALS and encourage them to get involved and make a donation
Being a Connector can be a bit more time intensive. In this role, you may utilize one of our sample templates to email those that frequent your business, potentially at the end of services, and tell them about GALS and the impact we have on Central Texas families. You will also share why you support the work of GALS. Through both email and in-person conversations, you invite your clients to learn more, and share how a gift back to GALS can make a difference for another person or family like them. For some, a simple email and link to GALS will be enough. For others, you may want to connect them directly to GALS staff and allow us to answer questions, getting them involved in advancing the mission.
If this feels like the best fit for you, you can download sample templates, as well as graphics for your website and social media below.
Your business can be both a Giver and a Connector, or something else entirely- such as a sponsor of our Baby Showers, a volunteer, a birthworker with GALS, or a collector of new and gently used baby supplies. We know that it’s community that improves birth outcomes, and we are thankful that you take on that role for GALS and the families we support.
